How to grow height naturally

Height growth is essential for the proper body posture. Generally the rapid growth of height upto the age of 18 in women and upto age of 24 in men this is the reason mostly that boys are taller than girls. Height is majorly depend on the human growth hormone (HGH) secreted by the anterior pituitary gland, growth inducing hormone Insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) mainly by the liver and sex hormones like Testosterone and estrogens are very important for growth during puberty. These are the hormones which control the height of the person.


Height is majorly depend on genetics .In children the growth is very high This is due to the rapid cell division changes in the growth plates in the long bones of their arms and legs As the growth plates make new bone, the long bones get longer, and the child gets taller called epiphyses. As puberty progresses, the growth plates mature, and at the end of puberty they fuse and stop growing. After the growth plates fuse, there is no more increase in height, and we all then shrink gradually as we get older. So if you follow these rules you may grow by 1 to 2 inch naturally.

1. Sleep
During deep sleep, the body releases the hormones it needs to grow. Getting enough sleep at least 7-8 hours may therefore allow optimal growth that helps you to control weight, metabolism, immune system and anxiety. So here are some tips for the proper sleep.




1. Sleep in a dark and quite room with proper dress and well ventilated room with good smell. Light a small lamp with any oil at any corner of your room (if necessary)
2. Complete the supper early and take water and milk before going to bed this helps you proper sleep it contains an amino acid called tryptophan which produces an effect similar to a sedative
3. Wash your face hands and feet before you sleep or simply take bath.
4 Try to avoid mobile usage in less light at least half an hour before sleep.
5. Sleep on a comfortable and flat mattress with proper clean blanket.
6. Sleep on your back with a flat pillow under your knees and don't use high pillow under head.
7. Sleep on your side with your knees bent. Do not sleep face-down.
8. Try to maintain proper sleep cycle and if you do not get sleep try some breathing exercise or physical exercise.

2. Yoga, Acupressure and Exercise
1. Regular practice of surya namashkar twelve times and slowly increasing to three to five multiples of the same will not only help in the growth of height but also overall physical, psychological, Mental and spiritual development of body.


2. Yoga asana can be very beneficial to your children and some yoga poses that involve stretching the body can make them grow taller. Doing the Adho Mukha Syanasana, Sukhasana, Chakrasana, Bhujangasana, Tadasana etc., can increase a child's height.

3. Dont lift heavy weights and do stretche exercise.So Here are some stretches can help you to release your spine and improve your posture. Toe touches,Cobra stretch, Bridge stretch, Bar Hanging ,Burpees ,Rope jumping etc (Type these names in Google you will get the steps to practice)
4. Acupressure will helps you to grow height by pressing the nerves in palm this stimulates the pituitary grands which release hormones. This may do at any time.

5. Apart from yoga and exercise, sports activities like cycling, jogging and swimming can also help in increasing height.

3. Balanced diet and Nutrition
1. A proper diet plays a major role in growth of height. A balanced diet rich in calcium, vitamin D, phosphorus, iodine, and magnesium is extremely important for proper growth.

2. Vitamin D is also get by standing in front of sun during dawn time.
3. Drink water of at least 2 to 3 litres a day by regular intervals.
4.Some of the food which are in your diet are Carrots, Egg yolk,Fish,Liver,Green leafy vegetables,Potatoes,Nuts such as almonds,peanuts,Chicken,Mutton,Beans,Peas,Fruits like apples and bananas, Milk and dairy products.

 4. Habits and Lifestyle
1 Today's Habits and lifestyle affect the growth of height by intake of Foods commonly considered junk foods include salted snack foods, gum, candy, sweet desserts, fried fast food, and sugary carbonated beverages. Many foods such as hamburgers, pizza, and tacos can be considered as junk food depending on their ingredients and preparation methods. These high calories food may increase the storage of unwanted fat and gradually reduce the hormone secretion.
2. Stop smoking cigarette and drinking alcohol .Along with many other harmful health consequences, smoking tobacco causes chemical changes, oxidative stress and inflammation in the brain.

3. Wear the footwear with high heels .This helps you not only to look taller but also help to grow height in long-term. Along with that it boosts your confidence.
4. Wear certain clothes that will make you appear taller and avoid those that make you look shorter like wearing Vertical lines or stripping makes a person appear thinner, and thinness, in turn, gives the impression of more height.
5. Wear long sleeves Tees along with v neck create an illusion that you are taller. Avoid bulky shoes.
5. Maintain proper hair style which suites to you and look taller. Longer hair takes attention away from your neck and neckline, making you appear smaller. Instead, opt for short or medium length hair.

6. Try to sleep at night and avoid night shifts if possible. Always stand and sit straight instead of hunching your back.

Note: It is okay when your 3 to 4 inch shorter than perfect height because this may also have an advantages.
1. Shorter Girls and boys have less chance of some cancer and most active.
2. For Girls who are short are look young, hot and most boys like them because when she hugs can feel your heartbeat and love when she has to tiptoe to kiss you - it will make your heart melt.
3. For Boys who are shorter 3-4 inch have the better muscular shape and good in sex drive.

So friends these are the tips that you follow for grow height by 1 to 2 inches when you are too much small than the required height and the results depend on how much you spent time and Consistency.
